Napa Valley Chardonnay
Our 2011 Chardonnay has Lemon zest, lime, mint and chalk combine in pale layers, touched with smoky oak and lees and shows aromas of honeysuckle, and follows with apple, pear and nectarine on the palate. The wine displays nice viscosity in the mid-palate, but remains defined by the cleansing acidity in the finish. A tangy white to accompany a lighter seafood dish or salad.
